Natalie is an experienced, motivational level 3 qualified Person Trainer who goes above and beyond to ensure all our members and her clients succeed in achieving the results they are working towards. As well pushing her clients to the maximum she also teaches group fitness sessions and instructs some of our popular classes including Bootcamp, circuit training and HIIT classes.

In her spare time, you can normally find Natalie doing her own weight training in our weights area or outside keeping physically fit running around with her team on the netball courts.
