Open plan, modern, stylish, dynamic and truly spacious giving you a fantastic exercise environment. Our brand new state-of-the-art cardio vascular and resistance equipment is surrounded by an 84 metre indoor professional surface running track. Any exercise is easily achieved in our clean and user friendly gym. Our free weights room is open plan and hosts leg, arm, abs and back machines.
Our brand new purpose built studio boast the following facilities
Tanning Facilities: 1x Sunbed, 1x Sunshower units. 3 minutes = £1.20. Our sunbeds are maintained and re-tubed regularly.
